Top-ups
The original booster packs are no longer available for purchase, and while they will remain functional in the old plans, Pipedrive plans to fully phase them out by the end of 2026.
In their place, brand-new top-ups are now available for both old and new plans. These allow you to increase your plan’s limits without having to upgrade to a higher tier.
If you’re on one of the new plans and a particular top-up is supported, you can purchase it starting from July 2025. These top-ups are also stackable—you can buy up to 10 of the same top-up.

Features
The new plans include all the features of their closest previous counterparts—plus some extras.
Some existing features will now be included in lower-tier plans than before. You’ll find specific details in the breakdown of each plan below. Please note that these changes apply only to the new plans; the old plans will not be updated with these additional features.
In addition, new features are being introduced as part of these updates—for example, Scoring or Data Enrichment within the Pulse environment. Check out their availability and limitations in the plan comparison below
What Does This Mean for Current Pipedrive Users?
For users registered before July 15, nothing will change automatically—you will remain on your current plan unless you actively request a switch to one of the new plans. That said, we highly recommend considering the new options, as they bring significant value thanks to added features and overall improvements.
Please note that the old plans are no longer available for purchase. This means that if you ever want to change your subscription (whether upgrading or downgrading), the switch will only be possible to one of the new plans. Likewise, if your account is suspended (for example, due to an unpaid invoice more than 7 days overdue), reactivation will only be possible under one of the new plans, not your original one.
Plan Comparison

Essential vs. Lite
If you’ve been using the lowest-tier Essential plan, the closest equivalent among the new options is now Lite. Switching to Lite means you won’t lose anything—in fact, you may even gain extra value—without any change to your costs.
For context, we’ve also included a comparison with the next tier up, Growth, so you can see what it adds beyond the entry-level plans. The most commonly used features here are full email integration within Pipedrive and the ability to automate a large part of daily work.

Advanced vs. Growth
If you’ve been using the Advanced plan, the closest equivalent among the new options is now Growth. Switching to Growth means you won’t lose any features—in fact, you may even gain more—without any change in cost.
For comparison, we’ve also included the next tier up, Premium, so you can see what it offers beyond the lower-tier plans. Premium is especially valuable for its complete end-to-end sales tools, which streamline the presales phase with lead capture, nurturing, and automatic assignment, while also providing contract management, e-signatures, and project management capabilities. Professional vs. Premium
If you’ve been using the Professional plan, the closest equivalent among the new options is now Premium—which also includes all the features of the old Power plan that previously sat above Professional. Switching to Premium means you won’t lose anything; in fact, you’ll gain a lot more. And if you choose annual billing, your costs won’t increase, even though you’ll benefit from a significant boost in functionality.
