Is all training the same?

The content is the same, but it is customized to your Pipedrive setup. The length of the training may vary depending on the format and number of participants.

Do you do only online training or also in-house training?

We do both online training as well as on-site training. In both cases we try to record the training for further use by the customer.

How long does the training take?

Normally we range from 2 hours to 8 hours. It depends on the number of participants and the range of Pipedrive settings.

You only train salesmen?

We train all Pipedrive users. Primarily this is for traders and how to use Pipedrive to close as many deals as possible. We also train marketers that use Pipedrive for campaigns, newsletters and other forms of communication. For some companies, other departments are also involved - for example, delivery teams, compliance teams, project managers. We have created training templates for each role to help them master Pipedrive.
