What is Data Enrichment in Pipedrive?

The Data Enrichment feature automatically searches for and fills in missing information for contacts and companies in your CRM.
It pulls from multiple high-quality public and commercial sources, saving you countless minutes of manual research.

How the Data Enrichment Feature in Pipedrive Works

You can launch Data Enrichment directly from a contact’s detail view (person or organization).
Fields can be enriched individually, or you can use the bulk enrichment option via the button at the top of the record.

⚠️ Important: The feature only fills in empty fields. Existing data will remain unchanged.


Jaká data se obohacují?

🔹 Organizations – automatically enriched with:

  • Address (can also be used for filtering by city/state)

  • Industry

  • Number of employees

  • Annual revenue

  • Website

  • LinkedIn profile

 

Requirements:
You must have the company name filled in and at least one of the following:

  • a linked person with a work email address

  • a website

  • a LinkedIn profile


🔸 People – can be enriched with:

  • Phone number

  • Email address

 

Requirements for phone number:
Name filled in + (email / organization / LinkedIn)

 

Requirements for email:
Name filled in + (organization / LinkedIn)


Who Is This Feature Available For?

The Data Enrichment feature is currently available only in the Power/Premium plans (with a limit of 50 organization enrichments but 0 person enrichments) and the Enterprise/Ultimate plans (with a limit of 100 organization enrichments and 100 person enrichments).

 

Starting in August or September, Pipedrive plans to increase these limits while keeping the feature available under the same plans. The Premium plan will be raised to allow 100 organization enrichments, and the Ultimate plan will expand to allow up to 500 enrichments for both organizations and people combined.

What Will Happen to the Smart Contact Data Feature?

The Smart Contact Data feature will be discontinued on August 22, 2025.
From then on, only the new Data Enrichment will be available, which:

  • uses more sources

  • delivers more accurate and higher-quality information

Data Enrichment offers much higher data quality, a broader range of sources, and the ability to uncover more information. The data it provides comes from trusted public and commercial sources, not just basic publicly available information. This gives you a stronger foundation for business decision-making and automation.
