Solution Architect
Want to help companies streamline their processes using smart tools like Make, n8n, ClickUp, Pipedrive, or other no-code and low-code platforms? Do you have a good business sense and enjoy finding simple solutions to complex problems?
We’re looking for a new teammate who can analyze, design solutions, and communicate with both clients and developers.
Not a developer, but love the world of digital tools and know how to think within it?
What matters to us most is that you:

Know how to communicate technical details to developers
What you’ll do:
- Map out clients’ business processes (remotely or in person)

Identify bottlenecks and suggest improvements using automation and digital tools

Create and consult on solution designs, including technical feasibility

Coordinate implementation and prepare specs for developers

Train clients, maintain relationships, and help evolve their projects

Develop personalized technical solutions tailored to clients' needs
What you won’t do:
- Program – you're not expected to be a developer, but a consultant and solution architect

Cold-call clients or do sales – you’ll be assigned projects, not chasing leads

Fill out pointless spreadsheets for corporate reporting
- Do routine support or helpdesk – we focus on growth, not handling operational tickets
Who we’re looking for:

Someone who understands how companies work and isn’t intimidated by technology

Not a developer or fresh grad, but also not necessarily a senior enterprise architect

Ideally with experience in solution design or consulting – whether from an agency, startup, or consulting role

Strong communication skills and empathy for client needs

Strategic thinking and ability to design effective solutions

English sufficient for communication with international clients

Knowledge of tools like Make, ClickUp, Pipedrive, n8n, or Airtable is a plus – but not required, we’ll teach you

Salary € 3,2K–4,8K depending on experience and contribution

Option to work remotely or from our office – work from anywhere most of the time, but we do like to meet in person in our Prague city center office now and then
